Jack and Jills Nurseries Harlow – Sessions and Prices

We accept Free Early Years Education Entitlement for 2, 3 & 4 Yr olds ( FEEE) AND Childcare vouchers

We do not add additional fees or have top up prices.

The Nursery is open 51 weeks of the year, Free entitilement hours are stretched over this 51 week period.

Fee payers

Deposit

When a Nursery place becomes available, the Nursery Manager will contact you. An initial fee of £30.00 will be required from fee paying parents, of which £19.00 is your refundable deposit, £6.00 for the costs of your child’s Nursery T-shirt and £5.00 is a non- refundable admin fee. Your £19.00 deposit will be refunded upon leaving, provided two weeks written notice has been given and there are no outstanding fees. Additional T-shirts are available to purchase at a cost of £6.00 each and sweatshirts £12.00 each. If you find that you no longer need the place, please inform us as soon as possible. Should you decide you no longer need the place we will not retain the details on the attached application form (see our Privacy Notice).

Nursery Fee

Full day – 8.30am to 5.30pm                               £63.00 per day

Morning session – 9am to 1pm                            £28.00  per session

Extended Morning – 9am to 2pm                        £35.00 per session

Afternoon session – 2pm to 5pm                         £21.00 per session

Extended afternoon – 1pm to 5pm                       £28.00 per session

In Addition

Lunchtime -1pm to 2pm                                        £7.00(may also be booked as a one off)

Start of day – 8.30am to 9am                                £3.50 (may also be booked as a one off)

End of day – 5pm to 5.30pm                                £3.50 (may also be booked as a one off)

Late fees

Late payment fees will incur a £5.00 penalty per week.

Late collection will incur £5.00 penalty per 15 minutes

Sibling’s reduction.

The second child will receive a 10% reduction on fees.

KINDLY NOTE THAT FEES ARE PAYABLE IN ADVANCE

Attendance

Fees must be paid in full before your child goes on holiday to ensure that your child does not lose their place. If your child is hospitalized for more than two weeks, fees will be charged at a reduction of 50% to retain your nursery space.

We offer Jack and Jills Nursery logo T-shirts and sweatshirts at £6.00 and £12.00 respectively
